Floyd Raymer has been working on the animation of the creature… The style is getting dialed in… It’s amazing seeing the creature walking…
I just spent Sunday afternoon with Tyler. The creature sculpt in Zbrush is looking fantastic. The overall design is coming together- something between Dark Crystal and Kyogen Theatre with a little Golem gauntness.
Looking for a texture artist to finish the creature model soon as well as a compositing artist to start putting together some shots…
I’m extremely excited to say that I have been working with David Edwards to start creating all the matte paintings for AOS. Dave is an amazing artist and has a keenly intuitive sense of the look and feel of the dreamscape. Some of Dave’s work can be seen here: http://everlite.deviantart.com/gallery/#Matte-paintings. Recently he has worked on Avatar and Where the Wild Things Are.
